Separating the CTE and academic studies commencement ceremonies provides flexibility and better seating capacity for families and friends of graduates, noted SCCC registrar Alaina Rice.
“This is my favorite time of year,” said Rice, whose office handles planning and implementation of the SCCC ceremonies. “I love seeing our students walk across the state, and realize they accomplished what they set out to do.”
For students who are uncertain which ceremony is the right one for them, Rice said the Registrar’s office can answer those questions. Contact them at 620-417-1063.
