Convenient Evening Classes for Working Adults in Liberal
Liberal residents who want to earn an associate degree can start with one small step in a new, convenient location thanks to a late-start class offered at the Liberal Recreation Center, 950 S. Grant Ave. Interpersonal Communications, a first-year class for full credit, will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday nights at the Rec Center, with SCCC communications instructor Amy Thompson.
Seward County Community College’s First Honorary Degree
“We’re excited to begin the tradition of awarding an honorary degree each year with our 55th graduation,” Bennett said. “When you think about how closely aligned SCCC is with our community, this is a natural way to honor the people who contribute so much to us all.”
