Seward County Community College Student Activities wrapped up a busy week of special events and programs as the 2018 Homecoming King and Queen were crowned in the Greenhouse Saturday night.

King Emanuel Serrano and Queen Nathiellen Machado received the most votes from their fellow Saints during the week-long election process. They represented Student Government Association and Saints Volleyball respectively.

Other activities during Homecoming week included a program by hypnotist and humorist Mad Chad, an Amazing Race contest, “Gotcha” game combining tag and dodge ball, and other socials.

“It’s always a fun week, and a lot of work,” said Director of Student Activities Wade Lyon. “We’re always worn out by the time Saturday comes, but the kids have fun and that’s the point.”
